Güneş Kardeş
Güneş Kardeş is the solo project of songwriter, producer and visual artist Güneş Akyürek. After 7 years of working on PONZA, Güneş decided to dive deep into his Mediterranean Turkish roots and started experimenting in his studio "Tarla" to come up with fresh Anatolian Psych Rock sounds. First demos were shared with the fellow drummer Uygar Çetiner and the two engaged instantly for the releases. The collaboration started at the pandemic days and still going on. The two are also members of the fresh Anatolian-Psych band Miskinler and they release most of their tunes from the DIY independent label Tarla Records. The debut album "Varsa Yoksa" will be released in spring of 2026.
