Güneş Kardeş - Sorma Kalbim (Single)
April 10 - 2026
Anatolian psychedelia blends with arabesque music and fuzzy guitars in "Sorma Kalbim" (Don't Ask My Heart), a track that is highly sentimental and deeply personal. Driven by a heavy bassline that creates a dark, nocturnal atmosphere, the minimalist rhythm section leaves ample room for the vocals. Here, Güneş Kardeş converses with his wounded heart, recalling how light was given and taken away by love. The moody environment shifts with the chorus, and the outro begins unexpectedly with a music box sound, symbolizing innocence and how it dissolves through painful experiences. The closing synthesizer acts as an endless staircase, representing the desperate climb out of melancholy. Taken from his upcoming debut album, this single is the artist's most emotional take on his unique Anatolian psychedelic style.
